Terms of service

1.      Raim.pk Business and Scope of the Service Provided:

Raim.pk is an ecommerce platform that provides an online grocery shopping experience to its users.

a.       Your order is an offer to buy from us. Acceptance of the order is at the discretion of Raim.pk. A contract will only be given effect once we notify you that we have confirmed your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you. Payment of the order is due at the time of delivery.

b.      Prices of products sold through our website may be different from those available in retail stores. 

c.      Raim.pk team will deliver the products at the address specified during order confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure presence of someone responsible to receive the order. Anyone receiving the order at the specified address will be presumed to be a person authorized by you to receive and is required to make full payment of the order. If the order is undelivered due to absence of any receiver or wrong delivery address, an additional delivery fees will be applicable on re-delivery of the order.
